Our Team

  • Wade Wofford - Writer/Director/Producer

Wade came up through the arthouse indie world, scrapping, self-financing with no trust fund, building families on set. To pay the bills, he built community in his English classroom in urban districts. A Nicholls Semi-Finalist, Stowe Labs Fellowship winner and recipient of the Rising Star Award at Canada Int’l Film Festival, Wade’s passion for education and filmmaking…and what he witnessed teaching at a charter school that was shut down…birthed our film. He is partner at western-Mass-based Happy Wasteland Studios.
